From Raleigh
From the I-440 Beltline, take Exit 11B Capital Boulevard.
Follow US 401 north toward Louisburg, keeping to the right at the split with US-1.
After the split with US-1, continue on US-401N for 9 miles into the town of Rolesville.
At the intersection of US-401N and Rogers Road, take a left. Rolesville Veterinary Hospital will be on the right. As you turn, Rite Aid will be on the left.
From Durham
Follow Hwy I-40 East toward Raleigh.
Take Exit 283 to merge with I-540 East toward US-70.
Take the exit for "Louisburg Rd/US 401"
Follow US 401N for approximately 6 miles into the town of Rolesville.
At the intersection of US-401N and Rogers Road, take a left. Rolesville Veterinary Hospital will be on the right. As you turn, Rite Aid will be on the left.

From Zebulon
Head northwest on Hwy 96/Zebulon Road toward Youngsville.
Turn left at US-401/Louisburg Road.
After the turn, follow US 401S for approximately 3 miles.
At the intersection of US 401S and Rogers Road, turn right. Rolesville Veterinary Hospital will be on the right.
From Wake Forest
Head southwest on Main Street/NC-98/US-1 toward Holden Avenue.
Turn left at NC-98.
Turn right at Averette Road/NC 1945 and continue to follow NC 1945.
Turn Right on US 401S/Main Street. At the intersection of US-401N and Rogers Road, take a right. Rolesville Veterinary Hospital will be on the right.
